Just fair warning, you wont be able to eat just one! This recipe comes from our good friend Jen.
She shared them with us a few Christmases ago and I’ve been making them ever since.
Candied Cinnamon Pecans:
1 egg white
1-lb. nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine egg white and water. Beat until stiff.
Add pecans, coating well.
Add sugar, salt and cinnamon, coating well.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 25 minutes (stirring after 15 minutes).
Store in an air-tight container.
Put them in a cute little tin and you’ve got a perfectly addicting treat to share.
We hope you enjoy the scents and tastes of the season.
Merry Christmas to you all!
